Dr. Mario Online RX
Dr. Mario Online RX (WiiWare)
The all-time puzzle classic returns for the Wii generation, featuring online gameplay and a new Germ Buster mode! Destroy all the viruses trapped in the bottle by dropping and slotting capsules to create lines of matching colours. The more viruses you clear, the faster the capsules drop.
In Dr. Mario, challenge the computer in One Player mode, go head-to-head with a friend in Two Player mode or prove your skills against the world via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. You can also send a demo version of the game to a friend (within your region) using WiiConnect24.
In Germ Buster (based on the relaxation game in More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima), up to four players can use their Wii Remotes to grab, spin and slot capsules as their Miis try to keep the nasty bugs at bay. Who thought that catching germs could be so much fun?

"It's easy to be critical of a game you just have no hope in hell of getting in to. Not addictive; not aesthetically-pleasing; not fun. Dr. Mario is perhaps my least favourite game of all time. Admittedly, I've never played this edition, BUT LOOK AT IT. Dreadful."
That's what I sai about Dr. Mario 64 on my N64 tribute Bebo page. I'm applying it here too cause it'll be the exact same game!

Dr. Mario is a very highly rated game amongst puzzle games. It is seen as one of the best puzzle games of all time, for various reasons such as it great music and its sheer fun & advictivness. Along with the likes of Tetris, Dr. Mario is part of the 'cream of the crop' out of a countless number of puzzle games out there. Basically if you want a top quality puzzle game, get this

I've been playing Dr. Wario (an unlockable version on GBA Wario Ware inc. of the NES Dr. Mario with Wario as the doc, limited music and different faced virus') a lot recently because I'm very hyped about this game.
@Bensei sure Dr. Mario 64 has story mode, which this game doesn't (presumably) but I'd take Virus Buster, Mii support and online multiplayer over story mode any day.
